It's Torch aims to provide fun, creative dishes that celebrate the roots of American cuisine and its diverse culinary traditions.
We cater to the everyday person who is willing to torch their expectations of what comfort food should be.
Bringing clients a culturally immersive dinning experience is our goal, and we look forward to partnering with local artists, musicians and culinary talents alike to do that.

It's Torch puts the comfort in comfort food. Delicious and massive portions. Met the owners/chef when they did the pop up at Mother Road Market. Super nice people. Highly recommend when you need some feel good food!
